Well warm weather is here at last, and Im still not riding. Previously I posted having trouble with the carb settings. After taking advice and checking things out, I was still having issues and took it to a repair shop. Lo and behold, it was not the carb at all. The guy says there is an electrical issue, and he is not sure what. He thinks possibly the CDI unit, or the internal regulator? or switch? for the CDI. Or the stator, or ??? So I thought Id put a post to see if anyone has had similar issues, and see what direction I should go in, seems like now I just gotta throw parts(MONEY) at the problem, till it goes away. It runs, inconsistantly stumbling through various parts of the RPM range. Sometimes mid RPM, sometimes high, and sometimes low. He has went through the carb and eliminated that, replaced the spark plug cap. I have actually had the bike stall on me. If anyone knows anything, I certainly would welcome advice/knowledge, as I really want to be out twistin the throttle on the back roads and woods.

That's tricky.
The bike can run with no battery. The stator could be bad, but that's fairly rare. I can't help you, as I'm not experienced with CDI measurements; but hopefully someone here can tell you what the specs are...which would be one place to start.

I suggest first inspecting the grounds and wire connections,

I know - backtracking - but have you checked for leaks around the intake? Spray some carb cleaner while it is running and see if it increases in RPM?
You have some strange symptoms, can you clarify them?

The main problem is the engine stumbles about mid throttle under acceleraion. This is why I thought it was the carb. But it also has stumbled at low RPM as well. It usually is not too bad at full throttle. It has even stalled on me once. I bought the bike in Jan. and did the exhaust mod, 130 jet, uni air filter, cut snorkel in half, and drilled 1/2 inch holes in the remaining half of snorkle.(could it be i need to compleatly remove the snorkle?) I have a new spark arrestor, and a new spark plug, plug cap, fuel filter, and new intake and o ring gasket. (the rubber piece in between the carb and engine)All that's new. The mechanic says he went through the carb and it's fine, and he thinks it's electrical, but not sure where to start. Im kinda lost there too, so if anyone has ideas, they would be deeply appreciated.

The thing to look for in diagnostics, is repeatability of symptoms.
If throttle position regularly causes stumble, you likely have a carb problem of some sort, no matter what your dealer-mechanic says.
Depending upon your altitude and float setting, a #130 main jet might be too much. Is your jet-needle shimmed too?
By the way, "stumble" and "cutting-out" are similar but different symptoms; experience tells the difference.
